God's Story DTS

The Bible primarily tells the story of God’s actions to create a human family (Image Bearers) in the context of a good creation, their tragic rebellion, followed by God’s actions to redeem both his Image Bearers and creation through Jesus Christ (the True Image Bearer). We live in a time between Jesus’ incarnation, life, death, resurrection, ascension to the Father and Jesus’ return. Jesus is coming again when, together with his Church, he will deliver the kingdom to the Father after destroying every rule, authority and power (1 Corinthians 15).

The God Story DTS is Chronological, Oral, and Reproducible. Memory of stories containing essential biblical DTS truths means graduates are well equipped to produces disciples who can disciple others. The whole of the classroom experience is set in a simple church format. The vision of seeing Disciple Making Movements (church planting) are at the heart of this DTS. The God Story DTS was created in partnership between YWAM Frontier Missions, the International Discipleship Training School Center, and The University of the Nations.

God’s Story DTS Seminar – Harpenden

There is a massive opportunity in Europe to disciple the nations. There is a mission field here on our doorstep… thousands of refugees and migrants and many of them are from unreached people groups, living here in our inner cities.

Come and take a fresh look at discipleship training in an “oral” context. In every continent God is multiplying, not just adding, gatherings of believers in ways that are currently described as “ Discipleship Making Movements”. Come and learn how to train disciples orally, and help to start a discipleship making movement in Europe.
